Course Participants will be able to recognise the important prerequisites for barbell training.
Course Participants will be able to perform and instruct a specific warm up, mobility and movement preparation program, for barbell training.
Course participants will be able to teach, supervise, observe and provide feedback on exercises associated with Olympic lifting and essential barbells exercises including squats, deadlifts, presses and more
Course participants will be able to describe a range of coaching cues for each exercise associated with Olympic lifting.
Course participants will be to plan and apply a beginner to intermediate level program specific to Olympic lifting
