About Budokon
Created by Cameron Shayne. The word Budokon comes from the Japanese language which translates as Bu (meaning warrior), Do (meaning the way), Kon (meaning the spirit or soul) or “the way of the spiritual warrior”.
Budokon is a modern yoga style that combines martial arts, yoga, calisthenics, and animal locomotion to challenge your movement capabilities and mental focus.
The style was created as a condition practice for movers of all types seeking the highest level of agility, mobility, stamina, and strength.

Mobile Mover
Awareness develops movement intelligence allowing you to be free & formless. In this workshops we explore our primal movement patterns and discover what our bodies are capable to do by nature.
We work on our flexibility, strength and coordination by creating mobility chains looking at the way humans used to move and animals still do.
We construct, deconstruct, progress and regress quadrupedal movement patterns and will increase our range of motion to gain options in the way we move to support a healthy and mobile life.
The Art of Calisthenics
Power of body awareness for natural strength and revolutionize your daily practice.
The word calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek words kalos, which means "beauty" and sthenos, meaning "strength". It is the art of using one's body weight and qualities of inertia as a
means to develop one's physical and mental strength.
This Workshop uses Calisthenics exercises including bars, rings, parallettes and floor to improve mobility, agility, strength, and stamina for both new movers and professional athletes.
You will have a general understanding of how to use these tools (bars, rings, parallettes) to improve your fitness, be creative and have fun with using only your bodyweight. This 75min course will give you a full body workout and energize you for your day.
