WHAT’S THIS COURSE ABOUT?
Our CPR and AED course equips you with essential life-saving skills. In this comprehensive training program, you will learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques for adults, children, and infants, as well as how to effectively use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Through hands-on practice and expert instruction, you'll gain the confidence and knowledge needed to respond in critical situations and potentially save lives.

Rescue breaths and chest compressions.
AED operation and safety guidelines.
Recognition and response to choking, drowning, serious bleeding and spinal injuries
WHO WILL BENEFIT?
Anyone who wants to be prepared to respond effectively in cardiac emergencies, whether in personal or professional settings. Also, this is a pre-requisite for all fitness professionals, ie: Personal Trainer, Fitness Coaches, Group Exercise Instructors, etc.

Realistic Simulation: The AMBU training manikin is designed to provide a lifelike simulation experience. It closely mimics the anatomical features and weight distribution of a human body, making it an ideal tool for realistic training scenarios.
Airway Management Training: The manikin's airway management capabilities are a standout feature which allows you to practice a variety of airway management techniques, including opening the airway, insertion of oral and nasal airways, and bag-valve-mask ventilation.
Realistic Chest Compression Feedback: The manikin incorporates innovative technology to provide real-time feedback on chest compressions enabling you to accurately learn and improve your compression technique, ensuring effective CPR delivery in real-life emergency situations.
AED Training Compatibility: The AMBU manikin is compatible with automated external defibrillator (AED) training systems allowing you to practice the correct placement and operation of an AED, preparing you to confidently respond to cardiac arrest situations.
Compliant with Guidelines: The AMBU training manikin is designed to meet or exceed industry guidelines and standards for CPR and emergency medical training ensuring that you are practicing techniques and procedures aligned with the latest best practices.
